- specially designed to measure tand under actual working condition of L.T./H.P. Capacitors
- The instrument provides in digital version makes use of the fact that current through the capacitor will not lead exactly by 90°C from the voltage across it.
- A separate ‘NULL’ control along with the panel meter is provided to compensate for voltage fluctuations and any other variations in the circuitry components.
- Measurement is done at A.C. voltage in the range of 200V to 600V at 50Hz.
- Measures tand as low as 0.0002 and indication is directly given on the Digital Panel Meter (DPM).
- The measurement of Loss Factor can be done for capacitors in the range of 1uF to 1000uF
- The speed of measurement can be at the rate of 100 pcs. Per hour.
- Fully solid state using latest state of art technology. The equipment is immune to short circuit, Wrong selection of ranges, Voltage fluctuations & other type of mis-handling which is likely to occur during the use by unskilled operations.
